Northern Wu Style Tai Chi (Taijiquan) is founded by a member of the imperial palace guard and very best fighter in late 1800s. Beyond the superior martial arts of Tai Chi, Northern Wu Style Tai Chi is part of the history of Tai Chi, well-known as "Longevity Tai Chi," "长寿拳" in China. Originally, due to the fact of many generations of Masters of the art to be lived a long life. Especially, Mater Wu Tu Nan, living healthily into his 104 years of life. Master Yang Yu Ting, 杨宇亭,who had lived to be 96 years of ill-free life. Current Master, Li Bing Ci, 李秉慈, is 84 years of age, teaching and happily living his life in Beijing, China.
Wu Style Tai Chi form is classical, graceful, and practical exercise to promote health. The Tai Chi form has been favorably practiced through many generations for reducing stress, improve the balance, low energy, lack of mental focus, and weakness through working with connective tissues in our body that maintain our internal natural setting for alignment and function.
Wu Style Tai Chi practice is not only for health, but guides life.
