Ba Gua Zhang (Eight Trigram Palms)
Ba Gua Zhang's signature of the walking in a circle with twisting, coiling to increase the energy of the body that gives the practitioners practical health benefits and  unparalleled martial applications. It also teaches us to positively deal with the changes in our life.

         Class Information
  • The class is hold in a private out-door garden in lower East Side, NYC.
  • We'll be learning Ba Gua Zhang (Eight Trigram Palm) Eight Energies Circle Walking, and Cheng Style Ba Gua Zhang ( Eight Basic Palm Changes).
  • Class is on every Saturday, from 10:00am - 11:00am, from April, 4th to Oct. 31, 2020.
  • Since the class is in an outdoor garden, weather permitting.
  • Due to the class is in a private location, please call or text at 347-558-5674 to inform us to gain access to the garden.
Welcome to walk-in the class at anytime!  Classes are small and you will learn with your own personal pace, and start at any Saturday! 

    Please register the class.  Space is limited. You may pay online or when you come to class.
