Tai Chi workout and practice for 1 month via Zoom.
Mondays and Thursdays at 9:00am are Tai Chi practice class. Tina Zhang will lead the workout and doing entire Wu Style Tai Chi form. These classes are not for people who begin to learn Tai Chi, they are for working out and doing Tai Chi form. You are welcome to join to workout together and do any Tai Chi, Qi Gong form you know. $65 for 1 month.
